What is a Boiler Cascade System?
Boiler cascades consist of multiple boilers linked together. They ensure flexibility as each boiler can adjust its operating capacity in line with demand. A cascade system is generally made up of two to six boilers, with the number of appliances determined by the heat output that is needed.
The EVO S Cascade System
The EVO S Cascade is perfect for installations that require more output delivered flexibly, as up to six EVO S boilers can be installed in a cascade. Available with a range of plate heat exchangers and low-loss headers, the new configurator can help ensure that you have everything you need for an efficient heating system.
How to use the EVO S Cascade Builder
By answering a few short, simple questions about the installation such as the number of EVO S boilers to be cascaded, the highest single boiler output, gas type, and type of hydraulic separation required, the new EVO S Cascade Builder Tool will list all the products needed on screen. Alternatively, it can be downloaded as a PDF and sent directly by email for maximum convenience.
EVO S provides a flexible solution
EVO S, our new wall-hung boiler range, which launched to acclaim earlier this year incorporates the latest stainless steel heat exchanger technology for optimum performance. Available in seven different outputs from 40 to 150kW, EVO S features a 5:1 turndown ratio and excellent low-class 6 NOx emissions across all models.
Designed for simple and flexible installation and maintenance, our new range of wall-hung boilers can be installed directly on the wall or installed into a prefabricated floor-mounted frame thanks to their reduced size and low weight, freeing up valuable space inside a plant room.
